am a thirty something black professional women in search of a female
roommate that has a similar lifestyle. I occasionally do a couple of
happy hours during the work week. If I am not off on some weekend
travel excursion, I 'll be hanging out with my boxer. My chill weekends
are usually spent running errands, cooking and cleaning.
The townhouse is 3 stories and ideal for a roommate .The individual
lounging spaces allow for privacy while the open floor plan makes it
very conducive for mingling and mixing. The third floor balcony offers a
great view of the newly renovated Baldwin park, located right across
the street.
The bedroom for rent is located on the first floor and allows for easy
access from the garage. The full bathroom is also located on the first
floor right across from the bedroom. Also included in the rent is a
garage parking space and additional parking for guest located right
behind the townhouse.
The townhouse is very centrally located and is ideal for someone who
works or attends school in the Medical Center downtown. There is easy
access to Houston's major highways(10, 45,59, 288, and 610) makes
commuting to work ideal.
I am looking for a kind, respectful, responsible, professional that can
live with a very lovable dog.
