In search of a roommate for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in East Memphis. I am a 23 year old male, working professional with no pets. Apartment has a washer dryer, central heating and air, a dishwasher, a community pool, and many other amenities. Living areas are furnished. Your rent will be $650 (basic cable included) and utilities/Internet will be split. Looking for someone responsible who can afford monthly payments. Lease is until January 9th (we can decide then if one or both of us want to renew or cancel). You will need to pass a background check, no drug users please and no indoor smoking.
