My roommate is also a young professional working downtown likes to stay active and is very outgoing.
She's a great person to live with as she's clean, keeps mostly to herself, and is overall very chill.
We're looking for someone similar to move-in and sublease my room.
Currently, we split the $800 total rent but I'm willing to accept $400 for the right person.
