Room for rent in 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment near the Westwood area (Federal and Wilshire) starting April 1 (no this isn't an April Fool's joke). Close to UCLA, the 405 freeway, Ralph's, a bus stop, tons of restaurants/bars/other businesses, including 7-Eleven on the corner. Rent is $450 a month + utilities (internet, electricity, gas), around $40/month. We use a shared Google spreadsheet to keep everyone transparent. One month rent = deposit.
All of the housemates (3 lads, 2 ladies) are between 23 - 31 years old, and we would prefer a UCLA student or recent alumnus to replace the UCLA student moving out. Two of us are UCLA folks, one works in entertainment, one in accounting, and an engineer. You will share one of the bathrooms with a guy. There is a kitchen with a large refrigerator, and a living room, two balconies and 64mbps speed wifi access. The apartment complex has a laundry room. Also includes parking, tandem style and a place to securely lock a bike.
