no lease to sign we live on the same block with the #2&5 Trains
15-20 minutes to the City we have Laundry Grocery and other amenities
nearby Non-Smoker No Pets Allowed you must be easy going and CLEAN the
apartment is on second floor with Elevator you will need 1 week security
and 1week rent to move im. Rent 600$ per month with everything.
