Beautiful furnished room in a privately owned cape cod house in historic Annapolis. The room is a 12.5 by 10.5 upstairs bedroom in a 3 bedroom house. There is a private half bath for the room. The full bathroom with shower/tub is on the main floor and is shared by my husband and myself. The rent includes utilities, cable, wifi, and netflix. There is full kitchen access and laundry included. Groceries are separate. There is a small amount of room in the cellar for storage, if needed. The house is newly renovated, with hardwood floors throughout, granite kitchen counter tops, gas stove and stainless steel appliances. I am a teacher and I take online courses. My husband is self-employed. We're pretty quiet, especially during the week. We're usually in bed between 9 and 10 weeknights. We are non-smokers and have no pets. We love to cook and our kitchen is decked out with lots of gadgets. We are looking for a roommate who has a steady income, is a non-smoker and has no pets (no exceptions, I'm allergic and asthmatic). The roommate must be clean and pick up after him/herself. The roommate must also be able to provide a clean background check.
