Single professional, looking for a respectful, clean person whom we get along with to share my home. I am in a masters program and work full time, I to travel, relax, socialize, read, watch tv, I am learning to cook, I am learning spanish. I like to BBQ and have family/friends over in summer to socialize and swim, but not into wild parties. I like to go out occasionally. I drink occasionally, I do NOT do drugs. House is close to route 97 & 100 (5 min), & pretty close to min). Approx 20 min north of Annapolis & 20min south of baltimore. Plenty of safe street parking right in front of the house, room is furnished with a king size bed, dresser and desk. Your own bathroom. Other spaces (upstairs and basement living rooms,laundry, kitchen , pool, hot tub) is shared space. I work all hours and want someone who will be respectful of odd sleep times. rent includes BGE, trash pick up, water, alarm system and cable.
