I have just bought a new Townhouse one block from Patterson Park. The house is two bedrooms and three baths. I have the master bedroom, and need someone for the second room. You have your own bathroom. Basement is completely finished. The house is completely renovated and modern everything, Large outside area as well. I am mid 30's professional and looking for the same. I am very clean and you should be too. I have a dog so please like dogs. Smoking is ok outside and if you pick up butts! I own this property so I plan on keeping it nice and would be up for the occasional BBQ or beers on the terrace but this will not be a party house. I am cool with having some friends over or coming home late. Just respect me and or I would do the same. The neighbors are very cool and we all get together for dinner or drinks occasionally. We split utilities and Wifi. All appliances are energy efficient, New washer and dryer. Everything is brand new. All the best, John
