Hi everyone, I'm moving out of my apartment here at Pomona West apartments, and need someone to take over my individual lease. The whole unit is a 4 bedroom 2 bath. The rent is $460 + utilities, for 1 bedroom, and a shared bath space with a brand new washer/dryer, double sinks in bathrooms, and the room you will get has a lot of overall/closet space. It is a 2nd floor unit so it comes with back balcony, but will be a problem for handicapped. Brand new counter tops and carpet floors as well. Everything works just fine. Individual lease means you will not have to worry about any other roommate not coming up with rent or anything to that effect. Please contact me by any means at any time if you are interested. Walk into town is about ten to fifteen minutes. 420 is fine if necessary. Move in cost is $265 and you will receive what would have been my deposit at the end of the lease. The lease end July 14.
