One of our roommates is moving out and we need someone to take over her lease! It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment located at 5th and Cedar. It is just a few blocks from campus as well as the center of downtown. Rent is $550 as well a $600 deposit. The room is available ASAP We are both 21 year old females that are attending Chico State. We would like a student that is in our age range. We are both very committed to our school work but we also like to go out and have a good time.
