I have decided to rent out one of my rooms in my large 4 bedroom 2.5 baths home.
The room must be responsible and tidy and willing to divide house chores and such home obligations.
The room comes with a large bath to be shared with one other person.
The kitchen is fully stocked with chef quality cooking supplies as I love to cook.
The laundry room is also available room use.
I share my house with another 24yr old male. I am 35. No dogs!
Room is only responsible for rent $450 plus $25 extra for PG&E.
I will cover the internet and water/all utilities included. I do not have cable.
