We are renting 1 room upstairs fully furnished with a private bathroom
Price $450 that includes utilities access to washer and dryer and paper products & internet
Access to kitchen but you are responsible to cook your own food
Beautiful back yard , great and quiet neighborhood we are a pet free house.
We have an organic garden and a 7 person Jacuzzi.
A $200 deposit is required and will get it back when moved out if the room.
The bathroom are clean and in good condition
We are looking for young renter, student preferably (one person)
