(Sacramento) Room in 3bd 1ba house with big yard and gated driveway.

Looking for responsible clean roommate that is dog friendly. House has been redone with newer kitchen and hardwood floors and has a big yard and detached garage.

I work Monday through Friday and prefer someone that works and does stuff opposed to always sitting around. I'm in my early 30's, M, smoke herb, but i don't really have parties unless its bbqing or going out. Would be a nice and quite place for a student wanting to study too.

Male or Female is okay

There is one dog here and there wont be anymore or any other animals because it get to crazy with more then one and i am not open to it.
