I have 1 bedroom + BONUS room to rent out in a beautiful condo in Brier Creek - convenient to Morrisville, Cary, Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. There is a private bathroom and walk in closet available as well as a garage to park in. I also have a HUGE bonus room downstairs that is empty that you are more than welcome to turn into your own hangout if you like! I also have a 2 car garage you are welcome to park in. The community has 2 pools that I live right beside, as well as fitness center. I am looking for a young professional to share the house with and I'm pretty easy to get along with, I just ask that you be a nonsmoker, drug free and not a party animal!
