I am currently relocating to DC and will be renting out the Master Bedroom- furnished or unfurnished! I own the townhouse, it is very nice and fairly new,built in 2006. It's located in Downtown Cary, not too far from the Amtrak and Police Station, 2 miles from Crossroads, and 1 mile from Cary Towne Center. This location is amazing because it is centrally located to many conveniences of shopping and travel. This bedroom is the Master Bedroom with a full, private bathroom and 2 closets, 1 of which is a BIG Walk-In Closet. This room has never been rented before, as I have lived in this room for 5 years. You will also have access to the rest of the home which is all very nice and furnished. It is a 1300 sq ft. 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, two story townhouse. The first floor has a living room, kitchen and washer/dryer room with full access to the washer and dryer (all of which has hardwood flooring).The living room has a 55" flat screen TV, a huge love seat, leather couch, and leather recliner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The room for rent is $675 for a 6 month lease, $650 for a 9 month lease, or $600 for 12 months. Utilities (water bill and electric) will be split among you and the other roommate. AT&T U-Verse Cable and Wi-Fi are FREE!! Move in date is ASAP but negotiable as I would like to have the room filled by April 1st. Upon move in, the first month's rent will be required as well as a $300 refundable security deposit. A background check and credit check must be completed and paid for by the applicant, which is $30. The roommate is a 29 yr old young working professional. He is out by 7am and home around 8 pm. He is very easy going, out going personality, works a lot during the week and goes out on the weekends. The ideal roommate would be a a young professional 23-35 yrs old - male or female.
