I am currently looking for someone to share an awesome 2 bedroom 1.5 bath Duplex. It is in a great location, minutes from the Green Hills mall and about 10 minutes from downtown. The bedroom is a standard 13x11 rectangular room. I will remove the excess furniture before you move in ;). There is also a small room that can be used as a study/hobby room. (I do pottery, but there is room for a desk or any other piece of hobby gear - it is hard to tell from the picture because I am still unpacking). I am a 25 year old professional, and I am new to the area. I enjoy wine, game nights and having fun. I am a very social person and enjoy having a busy schedule, but I also enjoy unwinding at home. I am looking for the kind of roommate that I can be friends with. I am fairly laid back and drama free. I do prefer to keep shared areas clean, but you can keep your room in whatever level of disarray you choose. Sorry no pets. The duplex is split down the middle so we can walk as loud as we want without disturbing the neighbors. The driveway loops around the house with extra parking in the back. We will easily be able to both park, and if we have company, there is plenty of room for cars. The neighbors are very friendly and have been kind through the moving process. I just moved in, but rent would be $700 per month and we would split all the utilities: water, power, gas and Internet. I currently do not have cable, but I could be open to it. I do have Netflix (I can pay the whole amount but don't mind sharing!) and most recent episodes are available on Xfinity. There are washer and drier hookups, but I don't have a washer and dryer yet. I am planning on getting them. It is available immediately pending we "click". I am also able to hold it with a deposit for the right person. Hope to hear from you!
