I have 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apartment by the Cason Lane/Saint Andrews side of town. Its an upstairs apartment, pretty large. Brief description: 22 year old male. Full-time student. Part-time work. (80 hours per month) I have one cat--he keeps to himself. He doesn't even have a name. I just call him, "Cat." I keep my social circle quite minimal: I don't party, get drunk, or smoke but I enjoy going out with good friends and doing activities. I live a pretty simple, strict and private lifestyle and prefer to stay consistently occupied. I would prefer you do not bring any sort of trouble to the apartment or your availability to pay your share of rent on time. Let me know any concern that you may have ahead of time. I'm pretty open to options of who I'd like to roommate with: just send an with a brief description and we could meet for coffee and discuss further and as well grab each others vibes. You'll need to have your own reliable transportation of course and highly dependable when it comes to your portion of rent. If you cannot for some reason please let me know ahead of time and the situation so we may discuss options. A little about the apartment--pictures typically say it all. I am still in the process of acquiring more furniture. A slow process, not my priority. The apartment rent is $845 a month. The water and electric together round about $100. The internet is serviced by Comcast and has been paid for the whole year, so I wont make you pay for that. I do not have cable, just internet. There's parking everywhere in the complex. You'll have your own set of keys: apartment, mailbox, trash compactor, fitness center and pool. The bedroom and bathroom is unfurnished. The kitchen is furnished, you're welcome to use what you like. I prefer a clean and tidy person. I don't have a problem buying any cleaning supplies.
