Rent is Month-To-Month and it's cheap considering the area is Green Valley Ranch, near the the District. Paseo Verde/Valle Verde intersection. Gated, quiet, walking distance to Gymn, parks and grocery stores. 1 Minute from I-215. Big kitchen. Big refrigerator. Small patio. 2 car garage but there is driveway parking. Dead end street. I am looking for a cool FEMALE ONLY - no favors, etc. - to share this place. Non-Smoking and someone who's drama-free. I don't care if you have a job or not as long as you can pay. I work in Social Media/Internet Marketing/Development. I am home a lot but occasionally work from an office. I am laid back and nice. It's just a place to sleep and eat. Bring in your own furniture/bedroom set. I have Cox Internet. Cable is up to you. The bathrooms are private. If you are looking for a party house with lots of roommates and sharing bathrooms, this is not it. It's just a place for a person that wants to live in a safe area for cheap. Like I said, it's all unfurnished and it's clean with a big kitchen. I have no criminal background, no drugs or smoking prefer the same. Age compatibility probably 25-45 Max. We can meet and see if we are a good fit. I am not desperate to rent the room and have it priced right for the area considering it's an uncluttered, unfurnished townhouse.
