Hi. I have a large room available April 1st. You would have a huge full bathroom with a stand up marble shower and 3 panel vanity with marble countertop. There is no closet but there is a large clothes hanging rack and a 72 in tall storage cabinet that my past roommates have used to put clothes in. I do not go downstairs but for laundry (usually once a week) and for items needed from storage so you would have a lot of privacy. You have full access to the first floor, the second floor is my area. I will require a criminal background check and credit check. The deposit is $500.00 and the rent is $500 a month utilities are $150.00 a month which include everything from water, sewer, trash, electric, gas, wifi internet, Dish Satellite with DVR. All kitchen appliances are brand new, there is a garbage disposal and dishwasher. I am very laid back and easy going. I work M-F 6:30 am - 3:00 pm and am usually home a lot during the week. I go out usually on Saturdays to be social with friends. I drink once a week. I do not do drugs and do not want them in my house. My last roommate had a well behaved dog that I was ok with. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke, I might accept a responsible outdoor smoker only, but I would prefer a non smoker. I look forward to hearing from potential roommates :)
