This room is ideal for a student who doesn't want to live on campus but still very close to UNM or CNM. The ideal person who would like to live here should be in the 20s as everyone currently living here is between 24-27. Also, it would be perfect for a girl because the current bedroom for rent, shares a bathroom with another girl. However, we are open to another guy living here as well The empty room in the pictures is the available bedroom. The rent is $475 a month plus utilities, which usual range from 50 to 70 dollars, including internet. The house is walking distance to both CNM and UNM, and as well as Nob Hill In order to move in, person must have first and last months rent as well as a $50.00 cleaning deposit. Pets are welcome, but currently there are 2 dogs, a cat, and a fish, living here. Animal must get along well with others.
