Must have stable income/budget because I'm not tracking your ass down for rent. It's a 2000sq ft house with 4 bedrooms, an office and 2 baths located in Ridgecrest. It's fully furnished outside of your room. I've owned this home for the past 8.5 years. But here's the kicker... it's for sale and has been for a while, so I don't intend for it to sell anytime soon. It's possible for time to time that people will drop by to check it out. It's a sweet place with a nice deck with views of the Sandia's and backyard with a garden. It's a 15-20 min walk to the heart of Nob Hill, or about a 7 min bike ride. We all like to go out and drink, but no sh*t shows allowed. We're all over that. Please no more pets because we have enough. You can own a fish or something. Plants welcome. Also -- No weapons.
