Hello, My Name is Nick. I just bought a nice home, a little outside of Albuquerque, to the South-West (near powers way rd and coors blvd sw), and am looking for another roommate to share it with. I currently live with my long time friend of over 15 years. We basically just like to joke around and play games most of the time we're together. (PS3/PC/D&D/Board games/ really all types of games, jokes and conversations). The atmosphere of the house is generally very laid back and fun. I have a hot tub setup in a patio area out in the front yard. I am still setting it up, but once it's up and running it's a great way to sit outside, relax, and enjoy the evening. I also have a projector setup in the living room for watching movies and playing games. The whole house is setup with high speed internet as well, included with the monthly rent. The room available is 11 1/2 feet by 12 1/2 feet and comes with a closet that is 2 1/2 feet by 6 feet. Otherwise, The house is pretty large at about 3000 square feet, is fully furnished, and very comfortable and inviting. There is direct freeway access to I25 about minutes away, which is great. I am currently going to school full time, and it takes me about 15 minutes to get to CNM or UNM main campus. Also there's a Walmart just up the street, which can be super convenient. I do ask for the first and last months rent upfront and a small deposit. no pets please, I'm allergic.
