I have a room in my house that I want to rent. The rent is 275.00month plus a 200,00 deposit and half the utility's. There is wifi in the home. I use a Roku streaming device to watch TV. I am look for male room mates only. Just prefure males for room mates. Also must be 420 friendly! The home is 2400sq ft and sits on 25 acres this is a country seating but just mins to shopping.
