I have a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom 2300 sq/ft house built in 2011. I live in a safe neighborhood and am 7 minutes from I-20 & I-26. I am also about 12-15 minutes from down town. I am renting out my spare bedroom. As you can see in the pictures. The guest bathroom is available to you as well as the laundry room and pretty much the whole house other than my room. I still have another furnished bedroom that share the guest bathroom that is in the pictures as well. When ever I have family or friends in from out of town they will be sharing the guest bathroom (I usually don't have family & friends spend the night often). Also, the monthly rental amount covers all utilities and internet.
