Hi! I am looking to sublease my room in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in the University of Akron area. It is about a block from campus. So it is perfect for University of Akron students. The rent is $350 a month plus gas/electric. The gas and electric would be split between you and the other girl who lives here. The other girl who lives here is pretty quiet and keeps to herself. I generally do not see her. However, because she is a girl, I am looking for a girl to take my place.
