I am looking for someone to sublease my room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at EnVision apartments. The place is wonderful, but I just graduated and I'm planning on moving to Cleveland. Looking for a female student at the University of Akron or anyone that is mature, clean, and responsible. My roommate is a wonderful, sweet girl doing her residency at Akron General. The apartment is fully furnished with granite counter tops and wood/carpet flooring. The bedroom has a desk, full size bed, closet, and a 4-drawer dresser. There is a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and fridge in the kitchen. Laundry is in the basement. Rent includes ALL utilities and access to a workout gym, tanning, WIFI and cable. The rooms are leased individually. As far as parking is concerned, it's an extra $42 a month for being able to park in any of the lots, otherwise its off street parking. Can move in anytime in January or February. The sooner the better! January will already be paid! Lease runs through end of July. You will be responsible for February - July's rent due at the end of each month. First month's rent is due at move in.
