On May 16th I am moving into a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1300sq ft apartment at The Overlook at Lindbergh, which is off Lennox and has easy access to 85 and 400, feel free to look it up online. Pretty nice amenities as well: pool, hot tub, tennis courts, indoor basketball court, gym, game room with pool table and table, business office, plenty of parking. Rent is $750/month and covers renters insurance. I anticipate on the cable, internet, and electricity being about $100 per person each month as well. All the furniture pictured is mine from my last apartment (47in smart TV, surround sound, couches, kitchen table, bar cart, lots of kitchen supplies) Basically all you should need is your bedroom furniture.
