My roommate is leaving for the PeaceCorp and I need to find someone to take her place on the lease. Available from April 1st though October 31st (7 month lease). This community is awesome, quiet, tucked away, but literally around the corner from 400 and 285. Near shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and across the street from a city nature trail. Looking for a roommate that's cool, low-key, responsible, and friendly. I have a boyfriend (of 5 years) that comes over somewhat regularly (1-2 nights a week). Guests are cool but no 3rd wheel roommates ('guests' that stay over like every single night). No smoking please. Females only. No prior evictions (per leasing complex requirements).
