Hi! My house is a 4br/2ba house in the new Luckey Ranch division. One room is available currently and is 115 sq ft Picture show with furniture available and obviously personal effects will be removed. I already have a cat and not currently looking to add new pets BUT case by case exceptions considered and additional deposit may be required. Room is furnished but it can be moved if you have your own and rest of house is furnished. I'm looking to find someone responsible who likes to keep common areas clean. No gender/orientation/race/age discrimination. This is a bit on the outskirts of town (please look it up first) its a new home in a safe neighborhood. Rent quoted not including utilities for which 1/3 of you pay or can do a flat rate of 600/MO which would include in your rent: High speed wifi Security system Pest control Water Trash Electric No drugs.
