Looking for roommate, one who is dependable and will be able to be placed on the lease. My previous roommates had a job change out of state. Move in is available immediately. I'm 25 years old and an engineer, I am rarely at home and when I am it is generally to sleep. Must be gay friendly. My roommates own a German Shepherd but are moving obviously, but they already paid the pet deposit. If you own a dog or cat there would not be any fees or anything to pay to have them here. Also, their aggressive breeds list is very small, so even dogs like German Shepherds (which for some reason are on most apartments aggressive list) can live here. The apartment is on the third floor. The 650 a month is directly split down the middle for the apartment. Great accessible location near 1604 and Bulverde intersection. Literally the apartments are 45 seconds off of the Bulverde exit of 1604, so it's a great location to go just about anywhere in the San Antonio metro area. Utilities split 50/50, water bill is no more than $40, and electric is normally between $50 -100. Total monthly with rent, utilities, and internet is about $725 a month.
