Hi, I have a 1700 sq/ft home that I am in the middle of fixing up. The house is 95% completed and clean. It is surrounded by woods and has a large property. I am looking for a female roommate to move in and have a professional platonic friendship. Friends obviously because we would be sharing the entire home and helping out with general house cleaning. I'm looking for 100% platonic friends/roommate. I am laid back, funny, smart, clean and easy to get along with. I am a white male age 38, I don't smoke and if you do it must be outside, I don't have wild parties or have loud obnoxious people around, I typically only have family or close friends over once in a while. Most people enjoy being around me because I like to laugh 24/7. Rent is $400 a month and if you have any talent in home cosmetics such as painting, drywall etc, and you're willing to help out a little here and there I could reduce rent for work done. I am not charging very much money because I only need help with utilities and simple living expenses to offset cost so I can keep throwing money into the house to finish it. I am interested in short term but I'm open to discussion of other options. The house has 1.5 bathrooms ( I maintain sanitary bathrooms), basement, large parking area, lots of storage, 4 bedroom (you can have two of them to yourself), wood stove in living room and I like to heat with wood most of the winter. I have a cat and He loves people just not other cats or dogs. I might consider letting another cat in the house as long as mine could get along with it. No other pets can move in. I also have mild cat allergies so I have good air filtration in the home and I hepa vacuum weekly for any cat dander or hair. If you have outdoor dogs that is fine with me, I do have kenneling available and the yard is fenced. I am perfectly ok with kids if you have any.
