I share a 1 BHK apartment with a friend, about 10 minutes away from the UMN East Bank campus (by bus). It is a nice, fully furnished apartment. I would like to sub-lease it from May 20-July 31. Since my roommate will be staying in the apartment while I am away, I would prefer girls only. Anyone willing to continue beyond July is also welcome as my roommate is leaving the apartment in July.
