One bedroom + bath.. its not connected to your room but its right next to it, it will be yours only. Its a gated 4 unit complex everyone is friendly. No pets or children in my unit. There is a fireplace, microwave, fridge, oven, stove, wood and tile floors. You will have a parking spot under our building with remote and outside parking for friends. Its easy to get to, by the 405 & 105 freeways. Lots of places to eat, drink and close to LAX. I have a 3yr. old that is very well behaved and a cat that stays in my bedroom, she is very scared of people. We are very clean and leave to work in the morning and come home at nite. I ask not to smoke in the apt. and that'ts it, we are relaxed good natured people and friendly to everyone!
