My awesome room is up for grabs beginning April 18th. The room will be unfurnished, unless you'd like to buy my bed frame, mattress and bookshelf on the cheap when you move in. The room has one large window and a double wide closet with tons of space. No dresser necessary (unless you have LOTS of clothes). You'll also have a full bathroom to yourself. The apartment itself is large and airy and features all new appliances (washer/dryer, central air, fans, dishwasher, etc.). We are the first round of tenants in a brand new building so everything is less than a year old. The apartment also has a private rooftop deck and a balcony deck off of the living room, so there's plenty of outdoor space as well, especially for an apartment. The apartment is shared with two hard working, but fun 25 year old guys. Everyone works pretty long hours but likes to hang out on the weekends. This is a great opportunity for a young professional who enjoys the work hard, play hard lifestyle.
