Roommate wanted! Looking to share a spacious and well-appointed 975 sq.ft. apartment. 2 bedroom 2 baths with large lanai, washer/dryer and dishwasher in apartment. Offering the master bedroom with great view and private en suite bathroom with shower. Good-sized room, ceiling fans, full-size mirrored closet. Good living room and nice kitchen, which are fully and comfortably furnished. Near to a park and great neighbors. As for the overnight guests thing- I put that in the title because while I was researching roommates, I noticed a ton of them said no to overnight guests and honestly I feel like we are all adults. As long as you are not parading people through here, I have no problem with an overnight guest a buddy or a girlfriend or whatever spending the night. Picture shows roommate's decor, bed and decorations will be removed. All other furniture will remain. Though the Furniture is optional so you can move in with just a bed or strip the room down to carpet. A little about me your potential roommate. I'm 6'6'' 285lbs male. But totally laid back, I'm Friendly, funny, and kind, and while I'm not a neat freak, but I do try to be somewhat tidy and a above all respectful. I like the out doors, the ocean, and hiking as much as I like books, movies, and video games. I like to have a few beers now and then, maybe hit the bar or have a few friends over.. but my huge house destroying party days are over. Not saying I don't like a good beach bash though. I'm cool with male or female roommates. Or even a couple, we would just split electricity 3 ways. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Room is $850 split electric only. Includes water and internet. Smoking on Lanai is ok. also the pictures dont do the view justice its awesome you would have to see it.
