Seeking a person (female preferred) to share and enjoy the most beautiful place I have lived in HI. The room is in a quaint 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage furnished with a queen size bed, closet, desk, and shelves. It is off the beaten path and removed from the general hustle and bustle. There is a good sized yard, W/D, wifi internet, basic cable, and full kitchen to share. The place is very close to a large park in a neighborhood that is safe and friendly. There is room for one car to park just off the road that is at the top of the short driveway or there is also street parking. All of this is shared with one adult and one child. It is important to find the right person who is positive, who doesn't mind the gleeful squeals of a baby, being friendly, healthy, and happy. Hoping to find someone who we jive with. I try to practice yoga, am looking forward to getting back into bicycling, hiking and swimming as baby gets older. There is some room to garden and several different mature fruit trees in the yard. I try to keep everything tidy and clean, but certainly not sterile. 1/3 of the rent is $1000. 1/2 of current utilities approximately $115. If you think that you may fit into this home.
