I need someone to take over my lease in a beautiful, huge, newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in uptown. the house is three stories, has a porch, a backyard, all new appliances, a garage, and off street parking. The other two roommates are fun, friendly, clean and respectful 23 year old young professional females. The house is pet friendly. The room available is spacious and you would have your own bathroom with a shower and your own entrance! The neighborhood is great with lots of bars and resturants within walking distance as well as a park! Utilities usually only run about $60-70 a person. The room can come furnished or unfurnished!
