Master Bedroom in apartment near Harvard and Alton for $1040 a month plus utilities. The room is 13x12ft with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is a laundry machine and dryer inside the unit. You would be sharing the apartment with a male and female who live in the other bedroom. There is also a small dog. This is for approximately 6 months. From June 23rd until December 23rd. I'm cool with someone showing up later, but they have to stay until December 23rd when the lease expires.
